Greenford has been engaged in stabilising the Embankment at Bearwood Reservoir near Wokingham.
In addition to the earth-retaining works, there will be new Outlet structures and water control mechanisms.
The works are essential to meet the requirements of the Reservoirs Act.
Bearwood Reservoir forms an aesthetic detail, formerly an Ornamental Lake constructed in the 1900s, and now part of the impressive Reading Football Academy.
The work's value is circa £1M, with a delivery period of 18 weeks – weather permitting!
